Botulinum (Neurotoxin) Injections
Botulinum injections are a safe, effective, and easy way to treat dynamic wrinkles. They relax specific muscles to give you a naturally smooth, youthful appearance by reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
“Botox” is derived from the bacteria, Clostridium botulinum, but in small doses that are safe to inject into muscles of the face, neck, and other body parts. It temporarily blocks nerve signals that would normally cause muscle movement, so those muscles naturally relax.
This is also a great preventive treatment! The more we use our facial muscles, the more “creasing” starts to happen. Think of the areas of your face like a sheet of paper. The more you fold the piece of paper (actively engage the muscles), the deeper the crease becomes. Over time, the crease will go from being only visible with activation of the muscle (dynamic wrinkles) to it being visible at rest (static wrinkles). With botulinum injections, the goal is to smooth out those creases over time for younger-looking skin.
There are 3 main types available: Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin (the purest form). We only use Xeomin because it does not contain accessory proteins, unlike Botox and Dysport. Because it is a more pure form, there is a decreased chance of your body reacting to it by building up antibodies.

Exosome & PDRN Microneedling Treatments
Microneedling skin rejuvenation is one of the most popular aesthetic treatments today to keep skin looking youthful by reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. We uplevel your results with PDRN (purified salmon DNA) or Exosome + PDRN combo.
Not all microneedling pens are created equal.
Even though there are many on the market, only a few devices are FDA-cleared. We want what’s best for our patients, and that’s why we use Rejuvapen NXT®, which is FDA-cleared for facial wrinkles and aesthetic use. Rejuvapen has advanced features which allow us to customize the speed and depth exactly to what your skin needs to heal itself.
Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that uses fine, sterile needles to create “micro-channels” in the epidermal and dermal layers of the skin. Vampire Facials
Vampire facial = microneedling + platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to provide the ultimate more youthful, healthy, and smooth appearance that is not only anti-aging but actually reverses aging.
PRP contains concentrated platelets and growth factors that are derived from your own blood!
That means there is no risk of your body reacting negatively to it. A small sample of blood is drawn and spun (twice) in a centrifuge to obtain the PRP. This is used with microneedling to penetrate deeper into the dermis of the skin to directly stimulate collagen and elastin production.
When PRP is placed into a specific damaged area, such as the face, it triggers a healing cascade that promotes healing and tissue responses to repair that area - the natural way. As a result, new collagen begins to form, so you are essentially “tricking” your body into creating healthier, younger skin exactly where you want it.
The main caveat is not all vampire facials use PRP despite their claims. Many places claim to provide PRP, but they are, in fact, PPP (platelet-poor plasma) due to the non-therapeutic level of platelet concentration (doing only 1 spin in the centrifuge) and the type of centrifuge used. This is why it is important to do your research! Of all the centrifuge machines on the market, Emcyte is one of the best in yielding the most concentrated form of PRP. And that is what we use.
Collagen production starts to decline in our early 20s to the point where we are losing collagen by our 30s. That’s why Dr. Iris loves this treatment as it is truly regenerative by using your own body’s growth factors and mechanisms to heal itself! We recommend 2-3 treatments on average.

Dermal Fillers Injections
We no longer offer dermal filler injections. Popular biodegradable fillers include Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Revanesse, and many other hyaluronic acid fillers.
Even though they are great for rejuvenating the face by plumping thin lips, enhancing shallow contours, softening facial creases, removing wrinkles, and improving the appearance of scars, histopathologic evidence shows that hyaluronic acid fillers can persist in the skin for up to 10.75 years in rare cases.[1-2] They are designed to break down in 1-2 years; however, because of this evidence, Dr. Iris has decided to stop injections for concerns of long-term health and safety impact on her patients.

For all other services/treatments, it will depend on the type/length of service and Dr. Iris’ schedule, but it is possible! She will always try to accommodate you as best she can.

Collagen is an essential protein that our bodies produce that is found in our connective tissue, skin, tendon, bone, and cartilage. It provides structural support to tissues and is essential in tissue repair and cell signaling.
Unfortunately, collagen production starts to decline in our early 20s to the point where we are actually losing collagen by our 30s.
